Memorial Surf Classic 2010
The Bub Orlandi - Tony Carroll Memorial Surf Classic will be held on Blacksmiths Beach on Saturday November 6th 2010.
Summer Breeze Surf is again a very proud sponsor of the event, which is held to raise funds for CanTeen - (the organisation for young people living with Cancer) as well as remembering two fine surfers who were mates and surfed at Blacksmith Beach but who both died over 20 years ago: Bub Orlandi, who died in a car accident and Tony Carroll, who passed after a mining accident.
The Classic kicks off at 6:30am on Blacksmith Beach and friends, family and spectators are welcome to come down and enjoy the event. There is an entry fee for surfers and spectators which goes to CanTeen.
This year for every competitor, they will be receiving one of our 100g tubs of Summer Formula Summer Breeze Surf Wax.
Come down and help raise much needed money for CanTeen and enjoy the day of celebration for Bub & Tony!
